1. Hors D’oeuvres Course
2. Soup Course: Butternut Squash and Apple
3. Black Trumpet Gnocchi Course
4. Crab Cakes with alternative sauces (a la pearl jam and nirvana) and Salad with alternative dressings (a la beck and blur)
5. Millennium Brownies (Jeremy is bringing recipe)
